Good self analyse of your design!

Clear dominans and good structure.

To take it one step further I suggest you to try to layer your materials more. Now its a background of lines with flowers/ round shapes on top.

Mix/ blend these for a more dynamic design. also group your bigger rounder materials some!

Like the well-crafted frame structure you built for this design.

Correct ID on the static and dynamic line element.

The order of effective lines... Orchid stem, Cordyline and the other dried materials like pussy willow and nigella.

The disbud mums are really more Visual stops/circles, even though you might force the idea of visual flow... but because of its size and shape, they draw more attention to make your eyes rest on them rather then flow.
The equidistant nature of the mums also does not encourage flow.

Your linear placements vertically of Cordyline provide as you say, wavy movement to this design.

The disbuds, the woven spheres and the gold bauble with orchid bloom are all visual stops... and the candle in the first pic.

The best way to design these elements is to NOT space each of them apart... try creating a more interesting rhythm with their placement... 2 close together in spots with bigger gap between some. Use the 1-1-2-3 part of the Fibonacci progression to be rhythmically playful.

Like the bud vase of Cordyline with candle at the base pic. I like the separation of candle from the frame with complementing line of Cordyline to add to the styling. This makes a good overall composition.
You might consider the 2 gold bauble to hang them from the top of the frame, staggered, so that they hang over the design instead of statically placed sitting in the design.

What do you think?

This was a great study of line in a frame. xxx
