Good self analysis.
I can only find the one thing that I question. I find dirty in dominans not clear.
But that could be the photos? This only you can check for yourself.I found it very appealing to do the design on a transparent glass base!
Shows of they materials, directions and lines in a good way. Also the repetition of visible glas in base and water tubes.

Static Lines are the straight lines of the Lily stem, Equisetum and what you can see of the vertical glass stem of the vase.
The Curvilinear green leaves are Dynamic line. The curving leaves and the calla lily stems are dynamic.
The willow support them beautifully and are the most effective wispy soft lines - Yes.
I see warm rather than cold lines... yellow green to yellow to peach orange leads to warmer side.
Pure and clean ..... YES
Beautiful way to design using glass as the structural base and building out on the outside of it... while taking advantage of the flared vessel atop as water source for the flowers.
The clarity of the glass makes the structure building magical overall - it takes the visual weight of conventional opaque container that plays into the typical proportion question away and makes the design visually float weightlessly.
You were clever to build and design outside of the glass as on the inside... combining the use of lines that's not possible when designing inside of glass only. This multiplies the possibility for creativity using glass as a building component. Bravo!!
