Our First Student Project is to create a ‘Designer’s Choice’ TEXTURE focused design, using either:

1. Natural Botanical Textures

2. Hybrid Mix of Texture

You will be asked to answer a series of questions in the submission form, as well as provide a photo of materials in your texture bridge OR extraction.  You will also be asked to identify your design as a Texture BRIDGE (or) EXTRACTION, to list and identify your materials used, as well as provide a word to describe each of the textures used in the design.

Also, please note the following details pertaining to this week’s project submissions:

1. A Maximum of 4 Design Images per Submission PLUS one Image showing/explaining the texture bridge or extraction of your design materials

2. Only Submit for (1) Student Review Session, the one you’d like to attend (Submission Forms links will be available shortly, further down the page)

3. Make sure to Submit before the deadline, (6) Hours prior to each Review Session.

We are now taking Late Submission for Student Project One!! Submissions close on Sunday, February 19th. You should expect a written response and critique of your Student Project from Hitomi & Per within 7-10 days of the conclusion of the Texture program.
