Which Assignment did you choose for this week's project?
Per’s suggested assignment #1: Fan Shaped Bouquet with both vertical & horizontal line play.
Which direction of lines is the dominant?
Horizontal arc, made by some horizontal vines and branches and thin lines over flower heads, in combo with the lines created by the flower heads next to each other.
Which character/emotion of line is the dominant?
Vibrant and dynamic arched line made for an exciting and artful presentation.
How many different lines did you manage to incorporate into your design?
So many lines - thick to thin, range of greens into greys and tan dried material, red and yellow branches. The fan shape is created by a transparent set of crisscrossing and lines side by sided shooting into the vase.

What a rich garden look you have ´created with you fan!
Good size and shape of the fan. And maybe clean the stems and trim the heads bit more to show of lines.
I know its a balance act to land right but here the lines are a bit out of focus.
Good that you have added some lines over and arround the actual flower heads. But do more of that to make the horisontal expression stronger!
And so send over some of those pastries to me ;-)

A beautiful Fan-shaped hand-tied Bouquet. The arc shape is perfection!!
The proportion of width to height and volume of flower to the overall size of the bouquet is ideal.
Love the transparency throughout the whole design. You were able to keep the flowers from bunching and stuffing.
The loose, floating and woven vines and light branches create graceful silhouette to complete this bouquet. Lovely!! xxx
